2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Dispatch Cut-off: Orders paid for before 4:00 PM China Standard Time (CST) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will be dispatched on the next business day (weekends and holidays excluded).
  • Logistics Partners: We intelligently select the most suitable carriers based on the destination and delivery speed, including but not limited to: SF International, 4PX, China Post, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc., to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your parcel.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy

We use a standard shipping model to optimize logistics costs while ensuring reliable delivery times.
  • Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on the actual weight of the items and the destination. You can see an accurate estimated shipping cost at the checkout page after entering your address.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: To thank our customers, we offer free shipping for orders that meet a minimum order value, which varies by country/region. The minimum threshold starts at $32. The specific amount will be automatically displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can check your parcel status anytime by:

  • Logging into your account and viewing "Order History".

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • As our products are generally lightweight and low in value, they typically do not incur import duties in most destination countries/regions.
  • However, duty and tax policies are ultimately determined by the customs authorities of the destination country/region and are subject to change. Therefore, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT/GST), or other import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient (buyer).
  • We recommend you check the latest import regulations and potential charges with your local customs office before purchasing. We are not responsible for any additional charges, delays, or holds caused by customs clearance.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your provided shipping address (including house/unit number, postal code, and phone number) is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, returns, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. To modify an address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible before dispatch.
  • Undeliverable Parcels: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customs issues, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment (you will be responsible for the reshipping cost) or a refund (the initial shipping cost and any potential return processing fees will be deducted).
