About Color Differences

  1. Product images are either taken with neutral cameras or are product renderings. Due to differences in monitors, contrast settings, and lighting, the actual item may have slight color variations. This is not considered a product quality issue. The actual product received shall be the standard. Please consider this carefully before ordering.
  2. For standard printed products (e.g., badges, art paper, posters, collectible cards, acrylic items), minor imperfections arising from Force Majeure factors like production process limitations, material properties, or logistics (such as UV ink spatter, tiny particles/ink dots, slight paper warping, minor craft detachment, minor cutting misalignment, slight scratches or bent corners from shipping) are within the accepted norm. Color variances between different production batches of the same product are also normal. These are not classified as quality defects. Please note this before purchase if you are particular about such details.
  3. If there are stains on the product surface, please wipe gently with a damp cloth. Do not clean with harsh solvents like alcohol, as they may cause color fading or damage the material.
  4. Plush products are handmade. It is normal to find some loose fur or thread ends from the production process. Due to compression during transit, please gently knead and fluff the plushie upon arrival to help the inner stuffing regain its softness and shape.
  5. The surface of badges features PET printing. However, due to the texture of the underlying backing paper, it is normal for badges with coarse-textured paper to have slight bumps on the surface. This is not a quality issue and is not covered under after-sales service. Please note this before purchase if it is a concern.
